Use of the Service
You may use Die Cast Club only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
User content
You are responsible for the data you add to the Service, including collection details, notes and images. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
Acceptable behavior
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for abusive, illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security or access data that does not belong to you.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or applicable laws.
Intellectual property
Die Cast Club, its logo, visual identity and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We are not affiliated with Mattel, Inc. or any other die-cast brand. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Service changes
We may update, add or remove features and may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary. When changes are significant, we aim to communicate them in advance when reasonably possible.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
